Q: If you could give one piece of financial advice to your younger self, what would it be?

A: I’d advise my younger self to start investing early, even with small amounts. The power of compound interest is incredible over time, and beginning sooner rather than later would make a significant difference in long-term wealth. Investing consistently, even modestly, allows your money to grow and work for you, giving you financial security and flexibility in the future.

Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc. owns the certification marks CFP®, Certified Financial Planner® and CFP® in the U.S., which it awards to individuals who successfully complete CFP Board’s initial and ongoing certification requirements.
