Lee is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional, and he holds his series 7, 24, 63, 65, and life insurance licenses. He is a member of FSC Securities’ President’s Club. Lee received his B.S. degree from Wesleyan University in Connecticut and earned an MBA from Northeastern University.

Lee has served on the board of various non-profit and community organizations including his current service as a board member for the Maryland School for the Deaf Foundation. Lee has completed several marathons including on 50-mile ultra marathon and enjoys spending time with his wife, Bonnie, two sons and their family dog.

Danny helps to challenge assumptions and engage clients to dream and set goals then develops a solid plan to support their vision of the future.

Danny graduated with honors in the College of Social Studies from Wesleyan University in Connecticut and earned an MS in Administration and Supervision from Gallaudet University.

Danny serves as a board member for the Texas School for the Deaf Foundation. Danny is a true sports fan, loves to coach high school and college level sports but his true passion is his family. He lives in Austin, Texas with his wife, Debbie, and two children.

After graduating there with her A.A.S. degree, she later became a nationally certified interpreter when she received her RID NIC-Advanced designation. She also went on to be Series 7 and Series 66 Registered as well as obtain her Maryland Life and Health insurance license.

Lisa’s responsibilities are broad and varied. She oversees all aspects of company operations and oversees our client relations managers, compliance standards, marketing and company brand initiatives, staff interpreters, and office management responsibilities along with many smaller details such as trading, handling technical issues, and human resources issues, among many others.

Lisa is actively involved in her church and community. She and her husband, Jamie, keep busy with their two young children.

Jack supports Kramer Wealth Managers in the role of Account Service Specialist. His main responsibility to to protect the client experience and to ensure seamless communication between clients and the advisory team. He is often our first line of connection with clients and establishes relationship. He is responsible for account maintenance and acts as a liason between our clients and the companies with whom we work to ensure efficient account transactions.

Jack graduated from Gallaudet University with a BA in Psychology in 1998. He comes to Kramer Wealth Managers with a strong customer service background ranging from retail to human services. He is also a skilled handyman and enjoys working with his hands. He serves his community as a volunteer at Catoctin Quaker Camp, helping children achieve both physical and emotional goals. Jack has been married for 17 years to his wife, Monica. He is the proud father of two multi-talented girls who demand his attention. He has been coaching soccer at various levels for over 25 years.

After graduating cum laude from University of Massachusetts-Amherst, Dave earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from University of Massachusetts-Boston. Then in March 2010, Dave became the first deaf financial advisor to earn a Doctorate when he graduated from California Coast University with his Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA).

Dave has served the community as a sports coach/administrator for a number of years and is currently Long Distance Coach for the USA Deaf Track and Field Team. He lives in Maryland with his wife, Audrey, and has three grown children and two grandchildren.

Jeremiah is responsible for client experiences and service. He also works with our advisors to analyze the information gathered from client meetings. He crunches the numbers and prepares the reports used to complete the analysis so we can be in a better position to make recommendations for each client. He strives to connect people to the process of financial management enabling them to understand and navigate their options.

He has his Series 7 General Securities Representative license, Series 66, and Maryland Life and Health insurance license.

Jeremiah received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). He was able to complete five different internships with several companies before graduating from RIT giving him a broad spectrum of experiences and opportunity to experience different business environments.
